Note: All returns require a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Simple issues such as changing batteries, replacing screws, replacing clips, etc., are easily remedied without returning your pedometer. Other issues and concerns regarding your pedometer or accelerometer may be addressed in the SUPPORT section.
