Will my pedometer work if I run?
Yes. The NL-2000 activity monitor and all DIGI-WALKER™ models work for running. But with the DIGI-WALKER™, you'll need to set a stride length that corresponds to your pace if you want your distance meter to be accurate.
When finished, you'll want to re-enter your walking stride length. Note: Only the SW-401, SW-651 and SW-701 models measure distance.
