I need a quote. How do I get a quote?
  The process to create a quote is much the same as it is to place an order, but during checkout select "This is a quote" from the Payment Method drop down menu. If you have any questions you may include them in the "Order Comments" section. You must click "Place Order" to make this an official quote, as we must receive a copy of your quote *and* your quote must receive an "Order" number. Note: As long as you have chosen "This is a quote" from the Payment Method drop down menu, your quote cannot and will not be processed as an actual order. It will remain in our system as a quote only. Should you decide to turn the quote into an order simply email us, and we'll edit the quote/order to include your payment information. Depending on your needs you may produce multiple quotes for various quantities and products.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

If you choose United States Postal Service and are shipping to an address other than your billing address, we highly suggest requesting Signature Confirmation to avoid "lost" packages. There is a $3.00 upcharge for the service, but we feel that it is worth the peace of mind to ensure delivery.

Note: If our system calculates a shipping and handling fee incorrectly, NEW-LIFESTYLES, Inc. reserves the right to correct the shipping and handling fee and email the correct shipping and handling fee to you for your approval before processing or shipping your order.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please email NEW-LIFESTYLES within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

We normally ship orders within 3 working days. Delivery time is dependent upon the shipping option that you choose. If the product that you have ordered is out-of-stock or unavailable for some reason, we will contact you via email.
